DialHouse is a product of High Tech Media Group LLC ("we", "us"). This page explains what information we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

This website

This site has no forms, no accounts, no advertising and no tracking cookies. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes basic technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.

When you email us

We keep the messages you send to info@dialhouse.ai and the contact details in them, and use them only to reply to you and keep a record of our conversation.

When we call your business

• We contact businesses using information they publish, such as the business name, address, phone number and website.
• We keep notes on our calls with a business, such as whether it's interested and when to follow up.
• We don't record these calls.
• If you ask us not to call again, we add your number to our do-not-call list and keep it there so we can honor the request.

Text messages

If you agree to receive texts from us, we keep your mobile number, your consent and the messages we exchange, and use them only for that conversation. Reply STOP to any message to opt out.

We do not share mobile numbers or text messaging opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The only exception is service providers, such as our phone carrier, who deliver the messages for us.

What we don't do

We don't sell personal information, and we don't share it with others for their own marketing.

Who helps us

We use service providers to run our business, such as phone carriers, email and hosting. They handle information only to provide their service to us.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email info@dialhouse.ai and we'll respond within 30 days. We keep a do-not-call request even after deleting other information, so that we keep honoring it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
